  Place the unworn clothing with original tags attached into the reusable shipping bag to minimize environmental impact.

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
